NUTCRACKER PARSONS THEATRE TECH WEEK

All rehearsals are at Parsons Government Center, 70 West River Street, Milford NOT at the NEBS Dance Studio. 
There are no classes at NEBS during Tech Week
No food or drinks of any kind are allowed in Parsons Government Center.

Monday, December 7^th
New England Ballet Company (with all Flurries & Flower corp!!  No Children! 
5:00-5:30                               Company Warm-up
5:30-6:00                               Waltz of the Flowers (with Flower corps, run twice)
6:00-6:30                               Prologue (Fri/Sat Noon cast,  No Chefs or Polichinelles)
6:30-8:00                               Run ACT II Divertissments (twice each)
                                                Spanish, Chinese (no Children), British, Arabian (no Children), Russian (no Corps or Boys),
                                                Reed Flutes (no children)
8:00-8:30                               Finale (Company only )( no Polichinelles, Reed Flute children, Russian boys/corps, Waltz corps)
8:00-9:00                               Land of the Snow (with Flurries, run twice with Pas de Deux)
9:00-9:30                               Grand Pas de Deux  (Sugar Plum Fairy & Cavalier)

Tuesday, December 8^th
4:30-5:30                   Full cast of Transformation & Battle Scene
                                                (Mice, Rats, Rat Queen, Nutcracker, Drosselmeyer, Clara, Dolls, Soldiers, Capt. of the Guard, Cavalry)
5:30-5:45                   Angels (with Clara & Prince)
5:45-6:00                   Prologue (with chefs &  polichinelles, Sat 4/Sun 1pm)
6:00-7:30                   Spanish, Chinese, Arabian & Reed Flute (with children, run Finale)
                                                 British, Russians (run Finale) Polichinelles (run Finale)
7:30-9:00                   Party Scene (run twice)                     

Wednesday, December 9^th

Full Cast Tech/Dress Rehearsal (Sat 4pm/Sun 1 pm cast)

This is a tech/dress rehearsal.  Dressing rooms will be marked.  Please be careful with costumes.  All costumes must be returned to the hanger with your name on it exactly the way it was given to you!  Keep all headpieces and accessories together.  You are responsible for missing pieces.  Please report anything missing or in need of repair immediately to the wardrobe personnel.

4:00-5:00                   Company Warm up (arrive with hair and make-up done! Lashes & RED lipstick!!)
5:30                            All non-company Act I cast members arrive at Parsons
6:30                            All non-company Act II cast members arrive at Parsons
6:30-10:00                Full Cast Dress Rehearsal   Show will run in its proper order!
                                               (Mice, Angels may leave when done. (Reed Flute, Chinese & Arabian Children do not need to stay for finale)

Thursday, December 10^th
Donner Photographic will be in the lobby at Parsons.

Full Cast Tech/Dress Rehearsal     (Fri. am/Sat. noon cast)

Friday, December 11^th

School Show -- 10:00am

Please stay calm and quiet in dressing rooms & hallways.  There must be absolute silence backstage.  Please obey NEBCO Backstage volunteers at all times!  They are here to help you and to keep the show running smooth. Poor behavior will not be tolerated!  The building is open for business!  QUIET!!!

10:00am Show         Sharp! Curtain Up!  Do not be late! (There is no Overture!!) 

Saturday, December 12^th

10:00-11:00am      Company warm-up

Sunday, December 13^th

11:00-12:00               Company warm-up

Have a great time at your rehearsals and performances!
Please be quiet and courteous at all times! Listen to all directions given!!
No food or drink allowed anywhere in the theatre, including dressing rooms!! 
All company dancers must stay for strike after Sunday show!

Kenneth Hopkins will personally be monitoring company dancers at strike.  You must complete your assigned task and sign out with him before leaving the theatre.  If you choose to leave for any reason you will not be cast in FUTURE  Company Productions.   Strike is mandatory per your company contract and with everyone’s full participation will go faster and smoother for all of us.
